At Ziggy Unleashed, we are committed to delivering your pet treats quickly and safely. Please read our shipping and return policies carefully.

1. Dispatch & Shipping

• Processing Time: Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days.
• Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from the United States.
• Delivery Time: Estimated delivery depends on your location. While we aim for prompt delivery, delays may occur due to carrier schedules, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your package.

2. Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

• Return Window: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be returned in unused and original condition. Opened or partially used pet treats may not be eligible for return due to safety and hygiene reasons.
• Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at ania@ziggyunleashed.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
• Refunds: Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned items. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method.

3. Important Notes

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
• Any customs or import duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
